Important changes at the Maker Space!

Good morning everyone! We've had a few changes recently at the Maker Space.
1. Allen Scott has stepped down as President after running the space for 10.5 years! He'll still be around working on projects, but likely only a few days a week. Allen has been a one-man show running this space and while we are sad to see him step down, we are so glad he is still going to be present. Please, when you see him, take the time to thank him for everything he has done. Or just buy him a sandwich at his favorite restaurant, the Buck Snort Glenwood!
2. Ryan (that's me!) is stepping into the President Role. He's reaching out to a few loyal members that have indicated they want to help the space, mainly to allow non-members the chance to check the space out. These members will make up a board of directors that will help guide the space over the next few years.
3. Because we don't have a consistent person at the space, non-members will need to email info@loesshillsmakerspace.com so that we can make sure someone is there to unlock the door and let you in. Members are unaffected, they can continue to come and go during the posted operating hours.
4. We are working on classes and other activities. It's difficult because all of us have jobs and families. If you have ideas, we'd love to hear about them in the comments!
